JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. - The 201st Battlefield Surveillance Brigade conducted Operation Gryphon Longsword, the largest joint exercise in the history of the 201st, along with over 14 other units from Joint Base Lewis McChord and beyond.
Maneuver assets, infantry squads, intelligence teams, chemical detachments and more were spread out over 200 miles during the contingency response exercise.
