FORT HOOD, Texas - The 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, will host a welcome home ceremony for Soldiers with the 1st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade at 10:15 p.m., Tuesday, July 29, at Cooper Field here.
First Battalion is redeploying following a nine-month deployment to Afghanistan in support of the United States Central Command area of responsibility.
