News: RC East ceases operational reporting

BAGRAM, Afghanistan - As a result of the Afghans recently achieving Tranche 5 and the transition to Afghan National Security Forces taking the lead for security across the country upon reaching Milestone 2013, the Regional Command East Public Affairs Office will no longer be providing operational updates on ANSF activities. Any future operational reports will be released by the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Ministry of Interior Affairs or the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Ministry of Defense.
