KABUL, Afghanistan – Two International Security Assistance Force service member were killed during a vehicle borne improvised explosive device attack in eastern Afghanistan today. The attack also killed and wounded several Afghan civilians.
It is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities.
