U.S. Army Soldiers attached to the 77th Engineer Company, 94th Engineer Battalion, work throughout the night as they construct a new combat outpost in Mosul, Iraq, on Feb. 14. The COP is being constructed in the Rissala traffic circle, one of the most dangerous areas of the city, and will aid as a stronghold against the insurgency in this area.
