Tennessee National Guard Job Connection Education Program

Retired Command Sgt. Maj. Bill Marley provides a counseling session with a member of the Tennessee National Guard enrolling in the Job Connection Education Program or JCEP. Career guidance and job placement based on individualized, proactive interaction is vital to the success of the program as shown by the state’s 66 percent employment rate for program enrollees.

  • U.S. Army Soldiers assigned  to Troop C ,1st  Squadron  278th Armored Cavalry Regiment, Tennessee Army  National Guard participate in Base Defense Operations and Entry Control Point training on Jan. 4 in preparation for a scheduled deployment to Iraq at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center, Hattiesburg, Miss. This is the unit's second tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in five years and is the  largest  unit in the state.
