The Army Reserve Sustainment Command (ARSC) has a newly appointed Inspector General. Lt. Col. Steven E. Mitchell, was sworn in by Brig. Gen. Phillip S. Jolly. He will be the first ARSC qualified inspector general. He graduated from the Inspector General Course, Class 13-04 on March 22, 2013. The course was conducted by the U.S. Army Inspector General Agency, Training Division, Fort Belvoir, VA.
