Dance for Dreams Foundation founder Deliris Montanez of Caguas, Puerto Rico, hosts a Saint Patrick‚ Day fundraiser for DfDF, a non-profit, which seeks to provide community opportunities for youth of El Paso, Texas through the art of dance. Veronica Tillman, Montanez‚ little sis‚ from Big Brothers, Big Sisters, celebrates her seventh birthday at the event at Hilton Garden Inn of El Paso. Montanez is a Customs and Border Patrol agent for 13 years, and is assigned to El Paso Station. She is also an officer in the Army Reserves for 22 years and will serve as a drilling individual mobilization augmentee to United States Forces Japan at Yokota Air Base, Japan during May and June. Montanez won the Humanitarian Award at CBP for her involvement with DfDF, which she founded in March 2012 years ago.
