Seikichi Nagahama reaps hijiki, or brown seaweed, Feb. 25 from the beach at Camp Courtney. Nagahama is a volunteer with the Arinko Home for the Mentally Handicapped who came aboard the installation to harvest the hijiki for processing to earn money for the home.
