U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) Commander Col. John Nelson was guest speaker at the weekly meeting of Yuma Rotary on May 7, talking about recent test activities that put the post at the forefront of Army modernization efforts and thanking the Yuma community for their staunch support. "I've never seen a community like this, with this level of cooperation," he said. "I'm a people person, and really appreciate that."
