Cadet Walker Holmquist, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Detachment 910, signals tactical movement during the land navigation portion of the annual ROTC Special Warfare Airman Competition at Joint Base Lewis McCord, Wash., April 4, 2024.
