Air Force Staff Sgt. Andrew Phillips and Senior Airman Clinton Frantz load communications gear at the headquarters of the North Carolina National Guard's 263rd Combat Communications Squadron for their Presidential Inauguration deployment Jan. 15. The airmen are computer experts and will secure military communications networks during the deployment. Several NCNG soldiers and airmen will support the Inaugural Ceremony scheduled for Jan. 21 in Washington, D.C.
