Max McCoy, commander, Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 4, delivers remarks at the Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) Staff Planning Course (AMSPC) led by Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Atlantic (EWTGLANT). AMSPCs enhance staff integration, planning, and preparation for follow on Fleet Readiness Training Plan and Predeployment Training Program events.
