Rear Adm. Bradley Andros, commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, presents The Cmdr. Kevin P. Childre Excellence Award to Lt. Carey Peekstok, assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training and Evaluation Unit One (EODTEU-1). As a component of EOD Group One, EODTEU-1 develops and facilitates realistic training to Navy EOD, and mobile diving and salvage forces to prepare them to support the fleet and joint force in accomplishing national objectives.
