Jim Champagned, the senior noncommissioned officer of the 4th IBCT, and Sgt. 1st Class Tito Reed, the 4th IBCT's senior career counselor from Long Island, N.Y., at Task Force Dragon's headquarters on Forward Operating Base Falcon, March 4.
