Brig. Gen. Gregory Batts, incoming commander of the 263rd Army Air Missile Defense Command, returns the unit flag to Brigade Command Sgt. Maj. James Wilbanks, during a Change of Command Ceremony held Sept. 8, 2012, at Anderson College in Anderson, S.C. Batts assumed command from Maj. Gen. Herbert Newton, who assumed command of the 263rd in September 2007.
