Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Derick Wyatt, a member of the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 26 for the past eight years, levels off concrete as it is being poured onto a pad that they constructed for a barn. It is important to level the concrete while it’s wet so it has a nice and flat form when it dries. The Seabees are currently building three barns at Camp Grayling, Mich., along with a series of other projects around the base.
