201109-N-YB753-0014 WASHINGTON (Nov. 9, 2020) Commander of Navy Installations Command Operations Director Mark Sinder presents CNIC Fire and Emergency Services Deputy Director Ricky Brockman, of West Bend Wisconsin, with the Department of the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award during his retirement ceremony at the CNIC Headquarters onboard the Washington Navy Yard. Brockman retires after 50 years of service to the U.S. Air Force and Navy. Under the CNO, CNIC is responsible for providing support services for the fleet, fighter and family with more than 53,000 military and civilian personnel under 10 regions and 70 installations worldwide.
