Royal Thai Navy Capt. Wisan Puntavangoon, addresses the Combined Task Force 151 for the first time prior to the Royal Thai Navy taking command of CTF 151 from the Royal Danish Navy. The Royal Thai Navy has not held command of a Combined Maritime Forces CTF before, but has been involved in counter-piracy operations in the area.
