Blayne Peterson, health care specialist, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Third Army/ARCENT and native of Winamac, Ind., announces himself to his Warrior Leader Course classmates and assembled guests at the WLC graduation ceremony Feb. 27. Peterson was recognized as the distinguished honor graduate, having shown outstanding performance during the 15-day course.
