Maj. Merle Henry (right) and Sgt. Maj. Dean Drummond (left), Army senior career counselor, Human Resources Command, Jan. 25, at the Arlington Court Suites in Arlington, Va. Bastian will receive his official award from the Sec. of the Army later this year.
