38th Receives Joyous Welcome-home After Iraq Deployment

Lt. Col. Brian Hine of the Indiana National Guard's 38th Division Support Command receives a welcoming salute from his son during a welcome home celebration. Hine, along with approximately 130 fellow Soldiers, returned from a year-long deployment to Iraq, where they provided installation support and management duties at Camp Victory near Baghdad.
