U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. John Gadwill, as part of his duties as a flight safety non-commissioned officer, must disperse wildlife from the airfield as they pose a potential safety threat. When non-lethal methods such as using rotating lights, honking horns, and harassing animals with vehicles do not work, he uses depredation here at the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing, Nov. 22, 2011, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Gadwill is currently deployed from Pope Air Force Base, N.C.
