Petty Officer 3rd Class Angelia Montemayor and Petty Officer 2nd Class Wesley Aver, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, Alfa Company, use putty knives to scrape off excess asphalt from a paving machine after completing a major road project. The paving crew laid 640 meters of asphalt to complete one part of the perimeter road resurfacing project at Naval Station Rota, Spain.
