Senior Airmen Philip Adkins (left) and Weldon Medina, 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron Propulsion Flight maintenance journeymen, install a propeller onto a C-130 engine. The Airmen work in the Centralized Intermediate Repair Facility at the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing and repair C-130 engines sent in from the entire area of responsibility. The C-130 is capable of operating from rough, dirt strips and is the primary aircraft for air dropping personnel and equipment into hostile areas.
