Marines evacuate an Amphibious Assault Vehicle during submerged vehicle egress training on Camp Hansen, June 2. The Marines are temporarily stationed in Okinawa and attached to Combat Assault Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, from their parent unit of 2nd Amphibious Assault Bn., 2nd Mar Div, II MEF, out of Camp Lejeune, N.C., as a part of the Marine Corps’ Unit Deployment Program.
