Director General Maritime Security Agency Rear Adm. Zafar Mahmood Abbasi SI(M) (left) of Pakistan tours the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School with Commodore of Naval Special Warfare Group 4 Capt. Todd Veazie before speaking as the guest speaker for the graduation of Class 11-2. The class will graduate 41 students from 12 countries. NAVSCIATTS has trained more than 6,000 students from over 55 partner nations. Through this training and military exercises conducted with its allies, the U.S. Navy is building partner nation capabilities and capacity and enhancing maritime security worldwide.
