Col. Robert Clements, commanding officer, Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, uses the gavel to get guests' attention at a mess night hosted by the Okinawa chapter of the National Naval Officers Association. The mess night was held for service members and civilians with 3rd Marine Division Feb. 26 at Tegan Castle on Camp Courtney in celebration of African-American History Month and as a scholarship fundraiser by NNOA.
