Maj. Gen. Michael R. Regner, commanding general of 1st Marine Division, presents the Inchon Trophy to Staff Sgt. Howard A. Seals on behalf of 5th Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, during the 1st Marine Division Annual Career Planner Awards luncheon at the South Mesa Club, Feb. 10. The Inchon Trophy is awarded to the infantry or artillery battalion that attains the highest fiscal year retention rate.
