Petty Officer 2nd Class Jon Lejeune from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 describes the utilities plan of the building he is in with Petty Officer 3rd Class Michael Ditizio, NMCB 3, and Sgt. Davidson of Camp Dwyer’s Army Corps of Civil Engineers detachment. The seabees of NMCB 3 were building a 32 foot by 132 foot building for Marine Regimental Combat Team 1 that will be used by them for their operations in Southern Afghanistan. NMCB 3 is an expeditionary element of US Naval Forces providing construction, engineering and security services in support of national strategy, Naval power projection, humanitarian assistance and contingency operations.
