Afghan high school students speak with U.S. Army Spc. Jeremy A. Pouliot of Saint Michael, Minn., psychological operations about ways to keep security in Afghanistan. The event was held at Forward Operating Base Fenty in eastern Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province at 2 p.m. Oct. 7. The Skype conference is part of the State Department’s Global Connection and Exchange program.
