Chilean native Chief Warrant Officer 4 Sergio Diaz, the TF Marne field artillery intelligence officer, is the senior warrant officer in his field within the task force. Although he had no desire to be part of the military when he moved to the U.S. in 1988, his attitude toward the military changed after seeing his younger brother return from basic training changed for the better. Diaz has been in the Army for over 20 years.
