Third Army partners with Lebanon for Public Affairs exchange

Col. Gerald O'Hara, Third Army/U.S. Army Central Public Affairs Chief, discusses the similarities between each country's public affairs programs with members of the U.S. and Lebanese armed forces during a Public Affairs information exchange in Beirut, Lebanon, April 12-17. The exchange was one of more than 200 theatre security cooperation events Third Army has held over the past two years which are building military-to-military relationships and shaping the future of operations in the more than 20 countries in the U.S. Central Command area of operations.
