U.S. Army Staff Sgt. David P. Nix of Charlotte, N.C., participates in Ash Wednesday services conducted by U.S. Army Maj. Paul D. Madej., of Utica, N.Y., the brigade Headquarters and Headquarters Company chaplain. The chaplains of Task Force Mountain Warrior regularly visit Soldiers at the different forward operating bases and combat outposts that do not have dedicated chaplaincy services.
