Col. Mark E. Drake, from St. Paul, Minn., commander of the 10th Sustainment Brigade, gives his farewell speech and safety briefing to the Soldiers of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 419th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion during their end of tour awards ceremony. The Soldiers left the gathering with big smiles on their faces knowing that this ceremony put them one step closer to going home.
