Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, the U.S. Ambassador to Kuwait, Deborah Jones, and VADM Robert J. Papp Jr, commander U.S. Coast Guard Atlantic Area, visited CTG 56.5, July 3. CTG 56.5 is a composite unit of Sailors and Coast Guardsmen which provides seaward and landward security for U.S. assets in Kuwait.
