Jay Nishimura, 154th Avionics Specialist, conducts a pre-flight inspection prior to taking off from Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii, Nov. 20. Airmen from the 154th and 15th Wings exercised the Rapid Raptor concept, the newest approach to fighter employment, which uses at least one C-17 to swiftly move, refuel and rearm a minimum of four F-22s in unfamiliar environments.
