Rich Dempsey, a plans officer with III Corps, reviews the layout of the North Fort Hood facilities established to house and monitor troops returning from West Africa Wednesday evening in Gatesville during a city council meeting. Dempsey joined Garrison Commander Col. Matt Elledge and CRDAMC Commander Col. Patricia Darnauer to brief Gatesville officials about the monitoring process and protective measures in place to protect Soldiers' families and community members from any potential exposure to Ebola.
