Col. Otto Liller, commander, 1st Special Forces Group, briefs Gen. Seonwoo Park, deputy commanding general, Republic of Korea and United States Combined Forces Command, during a presentation at the I Corps Headquarters Building on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., July 18.
