Duane Boyle, a pilot with the 185th Air Refueling Wing out of Sioux City, Iowa, conducts routine system operations during a KC-135 flight transporting Iowa National Guard Soldiers and Airmen to Andrews Air Force Base. Iowa National Guard service members were activated to help support federal, local and state law enforcement for the presidential inaugural in Washington, D.C.
