David Lair and Petty Officer 1st Class Julie Coyle transfer a name to paper from The Moving Wall. Airmen, Sailors, Soldiers, Marines and Coast Guardsmen stood watch 24 hours a day from Oct. 16-20, 2008 at the wall which is a replica of the Vietnam Veterans National Memorial, The Wall, located in Washington, D.C. Lair served in the Navy during the Vietnam War and is from Charleston, S.C. Coyle is assigned to Naval Weapons Station Charleston.
