An aerial photograph taken on March 27, 2014 at 09:16 shows a sandy beach with what appears to be a dark oil or tar contamination streak running diagonally across the sand toward the waterline. The contamination consists of a concentrated dark streak with scattered dark spots dispersed across a wider area of the beach. Ocean waves are visible at the lower right edge of the frame.
