PORTSMOUTH, Va. -- Vice Adm. David Buss, Commander, Task Force 20 and Vice Adm. Robert Parker, Commander Atlantic Area receive a safety brief from the crew of the Coast Guard Station LIttle Creek Response Boat-Medium prior to getting underway.
