DUTCH HARBOR, Alaska -?? The Coast Guard Cutter Hickory crew performs an annual-required deployment of the ship'??s spilled oil recovery system as part of a demonstration of pollution response capabilities in Dutch Harbor, Sept. 13, 2011.
As part of a maritime outreach effort and to test the capabilities of the equipment in the diverse waters of Alaska, this year's required training was held in Dutch Harbor.
