PORTSMOUTH, Va. - 3-year-old Makahari Byrdfriench gets ready to make his pick from more than 1,000 toys in the gymnasium at Coast Guard Base Portsmouth, Thursday, Mar. 25, 2010. Each child, from infant to 10, was able to choose two toys during an event organized by the Toy Industry Foundation and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to give free toys to kids of military families.
