    FORT MACON, N.C. - Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Jose Leiva receives a distinctive name tag from Master Chief Petty Officer Steven Heard, the 10th Silver Ancient Mariner, designating him along with the rest of the Coast Guard Cutter Smilax's crew, as being a crewmember of the Queen of the Fleet during a ceremony held at Fort Macon, April 11, 2011.
