Juneau, AK (Apr.4 )--The 110-foot Coast Guard Cutter Mustang (WPB 1310) tows the Homer-based Island Class patrol boat Roanoke Island (WPB 1346) to Juneau after the Roanoke Island's engines were shutdown in the Gulf of Alaska resulting from pumps that overheated.
