Whiley, 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds, has 14 touchdowns and more than 1,200 yards receiving for the 10-1 Chaparral Firebirds. “I’ve always wanted to be an all-American and especially to be able to play for the Marines, it’s a great honor,” said Whiley, an Arizona State University commit.
