In honor of U.S. Naval Engineer, Raye Montague, this poster was created for display to educate its viewers about the pioneering career and contributions made by Raye Montague to the U.S. Navy, to inspire innovation, and to offer hope knowing that persevering in the face of challenges can bring forth success.
This poster is used as media to support the official building renaming ceremony that took place on Feb. 15, 2024, in the newly renamed Raye Montague Center for Maritime Technology building at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division in West Bethesda, Maryland.
