Colorado Springs Marine proud to serve twice during Afghan drawdownDuring America’s longest war, newly-minted Marines’ wish for the opportunity to dirty their boots in Afghanistan has often come true. The flight included tactical-formation training and confined-area landing with the Ospreys. This training also gave some crew chiefs the opportunity for further advancement in their job field.
